Look Of The Day: sales, cupcakes and photo contest

Ieri, finalmente, sono andata per saldi con un'amica: entrambe cariche di belle speranze, e munite di carte di credito, abbiamo varcato le soglie del magico mondo del centro commerciale assaporando e pregustando quel momento di pura estasi in cui la carta viene fatta strisciare dalle commesse. Forse che siamo partite con troppe aspettative, forse che la folla e il caldo all'interno dei locali hanno distrutto fin da subito le nostre voglie, forse che non avevamo - in realtà - bisogno di comprare chissà quante cose... Fatto sta che siamo uscite con un misero sacchettino di H&M. Io non mi smentisco mai, e dunque ho comprato due vestiti da 15€ l'uno (uguali ma in colori diversi) ed una borsa da 10€ - per un totale di 40€ -, mentre la mia amica ha trovato solo una collana platform. La tristezza. Meno male che l'altro ieri mi sono premiata con un paio di stivaletti di Café Noir... A questo punto voi vi chiederete: due vestiti, una borsa ed un paio di scarpe non sono abbastanza?? Il fatto è che ricordo magici giorni di saldi in cui tornavo a casa letteralmente sommersa dai sacchetti! Forse che sto imparando a spendere con più logica...? Chissà! Ad ogni modo, avrei voluto proporvi un LOOK OF THE DAY con uno dei due vestiti nuovi, ma purtroppo il brutto tempo ed il gelo di oggi non me l'hanno permesso, così ho deciso di dedicare il post di oggi alle semplici foto dei miei acquisti. Perdonatemi, ma questo inizio del mese sono più indaffarata del previsto; presto un outfit vero e proprio! 

PS: mi rendo conto ora che in alcune foto l'abito rosa sembra color mattone, ma in realtà è solo un effetto creato dalla luce ambiente. In realtà gli abiti sono color blu elettrico e rosa shocking. 

Yesterday, I finally went shopping with a friend: both full of hopes, and provided with credit cards, we crossed the threshold of the magical world of the mall looking forward to enjoying that moment of pure ecstasy when the credit card is given to the cashiers. Maybe we had too many expectations, maybe the crowds and the heat inside the mall immediately destroyed our desires, maybe we didn't - in fact - need to buy so many clothes... But the fact is that we came out with a single H&M plastic bag. I bought two dresses (the same but in different colors) and a bag - 40€ in total -, while my friend just a necklace. Oh what a sadness. Thank goodness the other day I rewarded myself with a pair of ankle boots by Café Noir... At this point you will ask yourselves: two of clothes, a bag and a pair of shoes are not enough? The fact is that I remember those magical days of sales when I came home literally hidden from the plastic bags! Maybe I'm learning to spend with more logic...? Who knows! Anyway, I wanted to show you a LOOK OF THE DAY with one of the new clothes, but unfortunately the bad weather and cold today didn't let me shot photos, so I decided to dedicate today's post to simple pictures of my purchases. Forgive me, these days I'm busier than expected; soon you will see a real outfit!

PS: I realize now that in some photos one dress looks like red and not pink, but it's just an effect created by the ambient light. In fact, the clothes are one electric blue and the other one shocking pink.

Per non dimenticarmi le spese - e per farmi sorgere un po' di senso di colpa quando gli acquisti aumentano - conservo gli scontrini nella mia agenda "La Parigina" così da poter tenere sempre d'occhio le mie finanze. Questa volta sono stata parca e la spesa è stata davvero minima in entrambi i casi; inoltre la giornata è stata addolcita dal meraviglioso cupcake cucinato dalla mia amica Bea di IL MONDO DELLA TICE. Come potete vedere dalle foto l'ho divorato in un attimo...

Not to forget the costs and the purchases, I keep the receipts in my personal agenda, so I can keep an eye on my finances. Also the day was softened by the beautiful cupcake cooked by my friend Bea from IL MONDO DELLA TICE. As you can see from the photos I've eaten in a while...
